Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Monitor progress and quality of work and address any issues that arise
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
