• Monitoring process parameters and equipment performance to identify and resolve issues.
• Communicating effectively with other shift supervisors and departments to optimize plant performance.
• Participating in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of refinery or petrochemical processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
