Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including marketing authorization applications, variations, and renewals.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities to address inquiries, requests for information, and resolve issues.
• Review and interpret regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Provide regulatory guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing.
• Participate in regulatory strategy meetings and contribute to the development of regulatory plans.
• Monitor changes in regulations and assess potential impact on product development and marketing activities.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for drug development, registration, and post-marketing activities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, FDA, EMA) and pharmacovigilance principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
