Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Manager in managing the operations and maintenance of assigned properties.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely execution of maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing property management strategies to optimize occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and financial analyses to track property performance and identify areas for improvement.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or real estate operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of property management principles, leasing procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., RERA certification) may be advantageous.
