Position Description

  • In the absence of the parents, the candidate will be expected to manage the household completely.
  • The individual would be expected to carry out simple cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
  • Pet care will be expected of the candidate.
  • The candidate would be in charge of educating kids about social development and personal cleanliness.
  • The applicant will be in responsible of documenting children’s daily activities and health.
  • A safe and healthy environment in the home must be maintained by the candidate.
  • It would be expected of the candidate to plan kid-friendly events like games and field trips.
  • It will be the candidate’s responsibility to make and serve wholesome meals.
  • The candidate will be in charge of child care and monitoring.
  • Children’s emotional health will be the candidate’s responsibility.

Position Requirements

  • English language proficiency is required of the candidate.
  • The minimal requirement for the position is a diploma from a secondary (high) school.
  • A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar field would be required of the ideal applicant.
  • The applicant must be capable of lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • The candidate needs to be a strong communicator.
  • The applicant must be a master of oral communication.
  • The candidate must be able to take initiative on their own.
  • The candidate should be capable of sound judgement.
  • The applicant needs to be organised.
  • The candidate must be trustworthy.

Workplace The applicant will be expected to work at the employer’s home.

  • The applicant must have free Optional housing readily available on a live-in basis.
  • It will be necessary for the candidate to work in the employer’s or client’s house.
