Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including site preparation, equipment installation, and structural works.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards, conducting safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety among workers.
• Manage construction schedules and resources, monitoring progress and addressing any delays or issues that arise.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications, ensuring work is executed according to design requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in construction supervision, preferably in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
