Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
