Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, and catering services.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and other F&B personnel to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to maintain adequate stock of F&B supplies and ingredients.
• Train and develop F&B staff on service standards, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in food and beverage management, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
