As an ERP Project Manager at Avanade, you will be responsible for leading and managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation projects for clients. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against project milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, budget allocation, and vendor relationships, to optimize project outcomes and deliverables.
• Monitor project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including clients and senior management, and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Previous experience managing ERP implementation projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, processes, and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
