Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations and projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any issues or deviations.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Prepare project reports and documentation, communicating project status, milestones, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas, energy, or engineering sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMI, PMP) is preferred.
• Experience in field operations and knowledge of relevant industry practices and technologies.
