Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice on a wide range of issues, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
• Overseeing the legal department and managing a team of lawyers and legal staff.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Representing Kuwait Airways in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Developing and implementing legal strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Keeping abreast of legal developments and advising management on their implications.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• License to practice law in Kuwait.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
