• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline supply chain operations.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
