Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational plans for events, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and venue staff to execute event logistics, such as setup, signage, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
• Supervise onsite staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to event schedules.
• Monitor event performance and attendee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for events.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in event planning, operations management, or related roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
