Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
• Provide support to manufacturing and production teams on quality-related matters.
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology).
• Previous experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
