• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Conducting reference checks and background checks.
• Negotiating job offers with candidates.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
