Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close sales leads to achieve revenue targets and sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of The Manitowoc Company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs and preferences.
