• Manage and mentor team members to ensure high performance
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall bank objectives

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CFA) is preferred
• Previous experience in a managerial role in banking or finance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
