Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and check them in for service appointments
- Assess and document vehicle condition and service needs
- Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines
- Coordinate service appointments and vehicle repairs
- Communicate updates and progress to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency
