Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit student entrepreneurs for the accelerator program.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to student startups.
• Assist in developing business plans and strategies for student ventures.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support student entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Organize networking events, pitch competitions, and demo days for student startups.
• Evaluate the progress and performance of student ventures.
• Maintain records and documentation related to the accelerator program.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Previous experience in entrepreneurship, startup incubation, or business development.
• Knowledge of business planning, marketing, and finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
