Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
• Coordinate logistics for the delivery and distribution of supplies to various clinic locations.
• Evaluate supplier performance and quality of products to ensure compliance with clinic standards.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
