Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
• Provide tax advice and support to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities as needed.
• Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.
• Support the company’s financial reporting and budgeting processes.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
