Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and manage financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective financial management.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with the company’s financial activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
