Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all cash transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and replenish cash in cash drawers and petty cash funds as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and financial transactions.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Provide support to the finance department as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cash handling or accounting.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
