Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all instrumentation work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Review and approve instrumentation drawings, specifications, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality control activities, inspections, and non-conformance issues.
  • Implement corrective actions and follow-up to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Train and mentor junior QC staff and technicians on quality control processes and best practices.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality control status.
  • Ensure that all quality control documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Instrumentation QC Supervisor or in a similar quality control role within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, standards, and quality control processes.
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
