  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and review construction schedules, work plans, and project documentation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical construction management, preferably within the plant construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a construction team.
