- Process transactions and handle payments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and Balenciaga collections
- Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Sales Advisor or similar role in a luxury retail environment
