• Coordinating and assisting Board Members with Monthly Meetings.
• Arranging online video conferences and meetings.
• Preparing Powerpoint Slide Shows and presentations for meetings with proper inputs.
• Preparing and sending press notes to Newspapers and local news channels.
• Coordinating with press people and reporters on scheduled computer batches.
• Making pamphlets and broachers for advertisement
• Handling Computer classes. Windows operating system, Ms Office 2016.
• Designing a Syllabus of basic computers, windows operating system, and Microsoft Office yearly, based on new versions and updates in software.
• Assisting in the computer lab.
• Conducting theory and practical tests for students.
• Preparing certificates for qualified students.
• Placement assistance for deserving students.
• Organizing certificate distribution programs for qualified students.
• Designing flex boards for the institute.
